Good! I recommend it; there were no swelling or issues with my stool! My ferritin levels rose from 36 to 45 after consuming one pack in three months. I expected it to rise even more!

No swelling issues
The quality of this product is remarkable, offering fast and satisfactory results. Unlike other regular iron pills, it did not cause me any issues such as constipation or nausea that typically resulted in swelling in my stomach. In terms of quantity and price, it is excellent. I strongly recommend it and will certainly purchase it again.

Nausea eliminated
Initially, I was prescribed medication for iron deficiency anaemia, but the side effects were unbearable. My therapist recommended fresh air and iron-rich foods, but that was unrealistic. I consulted a haematologist, who advised ordering iron from this site. Thankfully, I experienced no nausea, swelling, or constipation, and felt normal again. It feels great to finally want to eat properly again.

I chose this brand because it contains iron in a good form. Along with vitamin C, I managed to increase my ferritin from 13 to 43 within a month. After a few days of taking it, I felt much better. I experienced typical symptoms of anaemia including severe fatigue, muscle pain, and swelling. I took one capsule three times a day before meals. I had to avoid certain foods, but now that I've finished the jar, I will order more to reach my target of 70. Just be cautious of possible frequent diarrhoea.

Symptoms calmer now
I had swelling, hair loss, chronic fatigue, stiff shoulders, and low ferritin levels. I've been taking it for about five years now, and while I still suffer from chronic symptoms, they may be calmer than they were before. Opening and closing the lid is no problem once you get the hang of it. The iron smell is only noticeable sometimes, and the capsules are not large, making them easy to take. I plan to continue taking it.
